Now add

<meta content='KEYWORDS HERE' name='keywords'/>

<meta content='AUTHOR NAME HERE' name='author'/>

Just After <b:include data='blog' name='all-head-content'/> 

Replace DESCRIPTION HERE with Your DESCRIPTION
Replace Keywords here with your keywords
and Replace author name here with you name
now save your template
